Santos River View Terrace - Boutique Duplex

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walk from the city center.

The upper floor is an open space attic exposed on south direction. It's been designed to make you enjoy the Tagus stunning river view atmosphere, from the attic inside - thru it's tall mirror door and windows - and specially from it's 180 ° open air terrace.

Our main bedroom suite has it`s private bathroom and a sunroom facing the river with a working space.

The second bedroom also accommodates a working space, and it`s guests can use the bathroom the next door in the hall.

The down floor living room gathers the meal table and a cable TV, constituting itself as an alternative social area to the upper floor open space attic lounge.

Although being the main social and relaxing area, the attic lounge is able to receive two hosts in single beds with the same level of comfort as the king size beds serving the two bedrooms.

Our apartment is located in a quiet residential hill, surrounded by embassies and big houses with gardens, making it a very peaceful and quiet place to relax, only 15 minutes walking from downtown.

Perfect choice for quiet stay in Lisbon
Henrique’s apartment is well-located, spotless, comfortable and quiet! I’m a light sleeper and I must’ve read 1000 reviews of properties in Lisbon that warned how noisy the popular neighborhoods were; I am so glad I chose this place! Henrique met us at the apartment, helped carry our luggage (2 circular stair flights up) and was so gracious in showing us the features of the lovely apartment. He also provided recommendations for restaurants and shops nearby. (Our dinners at nearby Geographia and Come Prima were excellent.) it’s easy to walk to the popular Lisbon neighborhoods, and we also took trams, buses and Ubers. Got Obrigada, Henrique!

Fabulous Experience in Santos Neighborhood
This is a great place to stay when visiting Lisbon. We wanted to be away from the busy, touristy areas-but a short inexpensive Uber ride when we wanted to see the sites. Henrique is a great host with a beautiful, well equipped apartment. The place makes you feel like you live in Lisbon, instead of just visiting. Great restaurants a few blocks away. Henrique went well beyond what we expected to make our visit a success.

Henrique is an excellent host. He communicated without fail anticipating everything we would need to know. No surprises and very accommodating for our early arrival. This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Near all the main attractions but not too near. The main apartment is very nice, but the attic is spectacular. Enjoy if you go!

Our stay at this duplex was exceptional. Everything was just perfect. Henrique could not have been a better host. He always replied within minutes of all my questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was stocked with all the necessities and it was here that we enjoyed the best coffee in Portugal with the delicious professional coffee maker in the kitchen. The apartment was impeccably clean and the view from the top balcony was incredible! It was in a nice quieter area but easily accessible to anywhere you want to go either by foot or public transport.

Comfortable Apartment in a Central Location
My family (4 adults and 2 children) had a lovely stay in this great apartment. The apartment was comfortable and spacious with a great loft and balcony to chill out in and admire the views. Great setup for a family of 6
The option upstairs was the setup for our group, which included 4 young adults. The bedrooms were comfortable and the apartment had air conditioning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The entire setup was perfect for us. Our host was very accommodating.

Lovely Apartment
We had a great time in Lisbon. The apt. was really lovely, looking exactly like the pictures. We spent most of our nights on the outdoor balcony, sipping wine and chatting. There’s a terrific cafe nearby, which overlooks a small park. Henrique was a terrific host. He was very responsive and helpful, especially when we were stuck at the airport waiting for our luggage to arrive. If you get the opportunity, stay here. We recommend it!

Wonderful Stay in a great area
This was a perfect location for our family! The property was so clean and better than the pictures and description. It was ideal for three adults and 3 young kids. It was in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of a small market, really outstanding restaurants and easy access to public transportation. We were all comfortable and found all the necessary accommodations for our stay. Book your stay here for sure.

Fantastic up to date condo!!
We had a great stay in this beautiful up to date condo. The location was great - close enough to the waterfront, but far enough up on the hillside that we had a peaceful, quite stay. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from in walking distance. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, nice breeze at night and the AC in the loft worked well, check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy.

Spacious, beautiful, quiet apartment off beaten path
This beautiful and comfortable apartment exceeded our expectations. The bed was firm, and amenities were modern while feeling like you are in a traditional Portuguese apartment. The loft with the view of the Santos was an awesome hangout with gorgeous views. The neighborhood was quiet but we were very close to an amazing boulangerie and corner store as well as superb Italian restaurant. We also walked to Belem to try the pasteis and the LX Factory (around 30 minute walks). We will definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bright, spacious, exceptionally clean and well located property. Tastefully decorated with appliances and furniture all of high quality, a rarity in most short term rentals. Fastidious attention to detail includes pressed bed linens, 2 umbrellas for the use of guests, and no partially used toilet paper rolls (!) Henrique is one of the most gracious hosts we have ever met. A truly fabulous experience.

Beautiful Apartment!
This apartment is awesome! It is one of the best in our experience. It has everything and Henrique is an excellent host. He met us there and showed everything to us and made sure we were comfortable. The apartment itself is better than the pictures in the VRBO listing! Very well appointed. Very clean and well organized. Great views from a very nice, quiet neighborhood. If you need a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom place with plenty of room to relax, look no further. We are sure you will love Henrique's apartment as much as we did!

Lovely apartment!
My family stayed here for a week in October. The apartment is very pretty, with lots of light and plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped (they especially loved the warming towel racks!) The neighborhood is perfect - close enough to walk to the bigger attractions like the museums and the castle, while still being quiet enough for a nice afternoon nap! There are great restaurants very close to the apartment too. Highly recommend to anyone for a nice stay in Lisbon!!

Million Dollar view
We could not have been happier renting this beautiful two story apartment. It is better than the photos and there is great attention to detail. High quality linens, comfortable beds and a perfectly outfitted kitchen, Henrique and his family thought of everything! We spent all the time we could on the second floor lounge with a breathtaking view of the river, enjoying food and wine . There is also ample, comfortable seating both in the lounge and in the living area. We have rented many apartments all over and this was the easiest and most personalized check in. Henrique was at the door to help us with our luggage and explained how everything worked. He was also available with great recommendations . It is just steps from the Museum of Ancient Arts, which is worth seeing. A bit of a walk or a short Uber to City Center. We highly recommend this apartment for a magical stay in Lisboa!

Perfect peaceful retreat in Lisboa
Our family had a wonderful stay here. The flat was clean and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed to cook and relax. The upstairs terrace has a gorgeous view of the Rio Tejo, and lots of comfortable spots for reading and taking in the view. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, with a small mercado, French cafe, and restaurants just a block away. We enjoyed walking from the flat to town, and it was easy to connect to public transportation. Henrique was very helpful and welcoming, and always responded quickly to our messages. We loved this special spot so much, and hope to stay again in the future!

The Delightful Lisbon Apartment
The apartment was just as pictured and the deck had marvelous views of the river. A great way to have coffee in the morning and relax at night after a day of sightseeing. Henrique was very helpful in getting us acclimated to the apartment for our five night stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. Enrique was very helpful and was available to answer any of our questions. The apartment was wonderful with a well equipped kitchen, a lovely sitting room upstairs with a water view, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk or a short bus ride into the main square. There is a lovely bakery to buy croissants in the morning and several excellent restaurants within walking distance. The antique art museum down the street is a must see as well. I highly recommend this apartment!
