9.2/10 Wonderful! (281 reviews)
Beautiful hotel in an excellent setting. The staff were exceptionally helpful. However, the room (room 24) was rather small, especially the bathroom, and the lighting was terrible creating deep shadows. The food in restaurant was very good, enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast

8.8/10 Excellent! (18 reviews)
Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

The only downside to the stay is the rooms are very hot, but they do supply you with a fan.
Steph (reception) and the lady that looked after us at breakfast - chef’s kiss! Brilliant customer service.
