“Rooms were ok for the price only 7 minutes to broadway also the hotel is not too far from the beach ac worked on and off ”

“No pool to enjoyed it was closed. The refrigerator was not working properly, not cold only freezer. Bathroom door damaged. Place was not cleaned. Staff very nice and friendly. ”

“The room was a lot smaller than expected. The description said it was a double wide bed, but personally seemed like just a double bed. The fridge did not work and kept nothing cold, although it was plugged in. There was no shower curtain so water got everywhere with taking a shower which is crazy as a shower curtain is not expensive. The front desk person was nice but told us there was parking in the front, back, and side. When we went to park in the back, we got yelled at by 2 cleaning ladies……

“Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that”

“Hot tub was hot enough but didnt see any Breakfast ”

“This was the worse beach experience ever. The room I will say was pretty decent 3 beds. Only one room had tv, fridge too small for barely anything, not enough towels and rags. We had 5 guest and only received for 3 people. The area is very loud, people on drugs, and no respect for others who are trying to rest. On top of that there was no one at desk thru the night. When it was time to check out it took 3 hrs for anyone to come to the desk. We weren’t able to go do anything when we woke to leave……
