“The room was dirty. Not well cleaned. There was an exposed electrical socket. Did not have a cover on it. Was not well stocked. Ran out of tissues and toilet paper in the middle of the night. Had to go down the street and buy more toilet paper at 3:30 in the morning was just overall. Not a nice place to stay”

“The property and the room was clean but they could upgrade with some amenities such as an ice bucket in the rooms. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap could enhance the experience. Staff was polite and parking was good. It is fully central and the location is good.”

“I have stayed in hotels and resorts all around the world, and without a doubt, the Bermuda Sands is worst property I have ever stayed in. The entire place smells like cigarette and marijuana smoke, our room has insects flying and crawling around, the table in our room had two broken legs and was only held up by the wall it was leaning against. The valance for the drapes had apparently been ripped down at some point exposing the ceiling beam it was attached to, and table on the balcony was……

“I LOVE this place... the building is older than the ocean itself. So it has the feel of an older building however THE ROOMS ARE GREAT!! The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean. The location is PERFECT.. rightly between the boardwalk and family kingdom , walking distance for both...I have stayed there MULTIPLE times..Room 310❤️🏖”

“The hotel smells of animal urine and mold. Rooms are very dirty, with rusty light hardware, broken toilet seat, and water leaking on the floor from the A/C. The floors seem slippery with cleaning supplies. They really need to do a complete upgrade to that hotel.”
