Weekend getaways in Little River

Well, we were pleasantly surprised at the lovely facility, and extremely courteous staff. We did expect to have a suite, but booking the room via Expedia resulted in a regular room with two queen beds, so next time have to be more careful. The hotel allowed us to bring our dog for a $25.00 per night fee, which seemed high, but having our dog travel with us was worth the expense. Convenient to local resteraunts and beach and staff was the best as always! I will continue too stay at this hotel everytime i am in the area!

Staff great and helpful

Really enjoyed my stay very clean and comfortable beds. No loud noises easy check in and out. Staff and room cleaning was very nice when I needed help. 10/10 would definitely stay again

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and check in went very smooth. My room was very clean and comfortable. There were quite a few children in the hotel, but no noises could be heard inside the room. The hotel is just one minute away from Hwy 17 and quite a few places to eat and shop. Breakfast was tasty. I asked Shirley for a late checkout so that I could clean up after scuba diving and she was very accommodating. I will be staying here next time I come to Myrtle Beach.

Excellent place to go

We loved that we were able to walk to shops & restaurants. The Avista is in a great location in that the area isn’t so crowded that it’s overrun with people.

Enjoyed my stay, very safe and secure cameras everywhere except your room. Other guests were polite and of upper class, no trash here.

Wonderful long weekend stay, we love the location, and the breakfast is pretty good.

Great staff, accommodating and clean room. We stayed overnight with our dog and having a first floor entrance was very helpful.

The place was great

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. Extremely kind and caring staff from the time we checked in until we checked out. Staff were very accommodating. Very clean. Continental Breakfast was always fresh and delicious with the sweetest staff there ever was. Honestly, we felt like home with family during our 3 night beach combing stay. We will definitely return!
