Had parking, was very clean no bugs seen at all. Water pressure and everything was good, only about 2 minutes from the beach, as well as tons of food options and shops nearby on the way to the beach as well as near the beach. There was a fight between teenagers in a room next to me but staff took care of it very quickly despite it being in the middle of the night. All in all a very good place to stay, will be coming here again!

This was our second stay at this hotel and i don't remember it being so run down. The bed was comfortable and room was "clean", but mold in the bathroom tile and dirt/grime along baseboards made me wear shoes while in the room at all times. The A/C worked very well the first night, but our subsequent three nights it was difficult to get the temperature to a comfortable setting to sleep. The view of the ocean was nice and the proximity to everything was great, but the surrounding vacant lots are unsightly and unsafe. My biggest complaints are that our bathroom mirror fell completely off the wall while we were showering and scared me to death. Thankfully it landed on the back of the vanity and didnt shatter. My biggest complaint is that theres no elevator. Yes, i knew that from the last time, but i was in much better health the last time and we were on the 2nd floor. This time we were on the 4th and i had to climb 8 flights of stairs up and down. As a disabled veteran, vy the end of our stay I was barely making it to our room. Price is nice but honestly i'll just pay more and have a clean room with an elevator in the hotel. Disappointed.

I have no complaints about the room itself. Updated and nice inside. However no normal little touches like disposable cups, mini shampoo, coffee etc. Old school keys for the room and not cards, weird. The grounds of the hotel itself were less than desirable. When it rained the water came from gutters off the roof onto your head every 6 feet of the walkway and puddles all over hallways. Chairs in hallway don't fit so need to be sideways. There was sandspur all in the grass OUCH and landscaping around property looked terrible. They were very clear no Marijuana usage yet everytime we enter our room it smelled so strongly of it. Low prices definitely bring in a less than desirable crowd. Otherwise, excellent location. Walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Nice having the pool although nothing exciting. The pool chairs and furniture need an upgrade.

Our stay was great. It was originally going to be 2 adults, 2 children, but last minute it ended up being 1 adult and 2 children. I felt safe in the area with them. It was clean and everyone was nice when checking in. It was a little disappointing to check in because our room was not ready. After driving 10 hours and checking in an hour after “check in time” I was ready to get in the room. It was ready 1-1.5 hours later though, so not bad. I read all the reviews prior to arriving so I knew what to expect. I didn’t have an issue with sound, neither did my kids. It was a short walk to the beach and a few other areas. I was a little worried before coming because I had heard other reviews of it being a loud area. It was quiet. We were on the third floor though, so that could have helped. I’d definitely stay there again in the future.

What a perfect little place! So grateful we got the chance to enjoy it. The rooms where comfy and cute, but most of all CLEAN with a killer view. Its a block to the boardwalk and the beach! Dining options are plentiful. Easily walkable area that had plenty of traffic, but was well patrol and i never felt unsafe. Theres a nice little pool and yard games. The provided kitchenette and outdoor grilling options really helped keep our costs down, too! Staff was welcoming and so very helpful. Thanks for everything! We hope to stay again.
