Clean, comfortable and convenient. However, I found the staff civil but certainly not overly friendly. Not one smiled at any point even though I attempted to. On both occasions I stayed I requested help with the coffee maker. I was told to "giggle with it" and on the second visit, I was told to come down to the desk for a complimentary cup of coffee. Not ideal after just waking up.
