The shower was not working. Since the service apartment does not have 24 hours front desk, I sent massage to property immediately. However, no reply. I sent massage to booking agent then, but still not work. Finally , I did not take shower that night! It is very unreasonable. I would like to ask for partial refund seriously. I made reservations via Expedia for many times. And I never applied for refund. I hope the booking agent could handle this seriously, thank you.

Recommended
For the price you can’t argue. It’s comfortable, clean, brilliant location bang in the middle of the city. That does make it noisy but apart from that no complaints. It’s v basic but that was fine.

Great property for a night on the town, close to all the action, however, this also brings all the noise from the party goers up to 6am. There wasn’t anywhere to hang clothes etc and the sofa beds were ROCK hard but the property served a purpose and was clean and warm

Great location and lovely apartment. Had a small issue and was rectified almost immediately. I did select to 'pay at property' but my card was charged before I arrived (and as a result the wrong card used). But certainly wouldn't stop me staying here again. Most definitely will be.

It was amazing the man who was sat in the little office was amazing and so lovely however our toilet door did brake first time however not everything can be perfect
