“Need to put AC instructions in the rooms as we went 2 days with out AC. Rang the front desk gave instructions over the phone but still didn’t work. Window needed to be shut we didn’t realise cleaners open them and we didn’t know had to be shut. A technician was called AC filter was clogged up with dust and window wasn’t shutting properly. Our sheets were left dirty the second day and dirty towel left. Other then that lovely ”

“房間乾淨，但有點小，最後一天早上6:45就要離開飯店，入住時有問飯店能否幫我們打包早餐，飯店有提供此服務。另外洗澡時，浴室是用電熱水器，所以下一個要使用間隔一小段時間，才能有足夠的熱水。 另外，要注意飯店check in的時間是在下午2:00以後，提早到達要在外面等待。因為早上10:00-下午2:00櫃台是沒有人的。”
