Right away I would recommend this hotel. Me and my wife stayed with my teenage daughter and her friend and it was ideal. Clean, kitchen was new pots pans all in very good condition.Bathroom nice had a shower and basin again looked new. Balcony was ideal. Great place to stay only two minutes for a welcoming beach and Main Street.

This is a 3 to 3½-star hotel, not a 4-star by any stretch. The rooms are a mishmash—some are clean and well-maintained, while others are rundown, particularly noticeable in the bathrooms, furniture, and carpets. There is no room service, bar, or other amenities typically found in a four-star hotel. The staff are not particularly customer-oriented, especially when comparing the service and overall experience to well-known four-star hotels like the Hilton Barcelona or Renaissance Barcelona. However, it is a fair hotel for what you are paying. Clearly needs capital investment to bring it to a proper four star level.

Great new property! Depends on what you are doing in Barcelona if the location is good or not, but taxi/uber/tram everywhere.

This was a great hotel stay. It started with a great reception by Yurkin, continued with a bellboy that brought the bags to the room with a pleasant attitude. The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is in the heart of La Rambla, just a block or so from the produce market and great restaurants. If you want a great hotel, this is it.
