“Upon arrival there was a sign saying the pool, sauna and steam room were going to be out if order for half of my stay, this was not communicated at all and no compensation or adjustment made to the room rate to compensate especially being in mid to high 3 figures. “We visited this hotel for our son’s graduation which was in the icc centre which is walking distance from the hotel. The hotel it self is beautiful inside and out. It’s a big resort with lots of different parts all connected. But it’s a big hotel with a free shuttle bus for guests. But there is some walking needed. There is a parking garage and car park with a charge of £25 a night. The food at the restaurant is delicious in Grill and the breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of……
