"Very nice surroundings. The hotel staff and management very friendly and helpful. However, the beds only had one sheet dividing your skin from a dirty mattress. So we had to sleep on top of the duvets. The mattresses in my opinion should have proper cover and protective sheets and then proper bed linen. "

The food is really ok even if people complain about it, in the comments for you and your familly it will be ok they change the menu everyday but dont expect restaurant level food. The only drawback in our room was the toilet seat had a small crack and it hurts a bit when you stand up."

"We had a FABULOUS stay. Location and parking great. Loved they had a restaurant and bar downstairs. Family owned and they were all AMAZING. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. About 10 min drive from La Massana!! Loved it was a bit outside of the hustle bustle of the main city. Will definitely stay here again. "

"At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. A day later I talk with a maintenance person if he could come up with a step for my best friend to step up into a rental van. Later that day he came by with a simple but great idea. He had cut down a plastic pallet. It worked great! Wide enough for my best friend to step on and support his weight and an easy step up. "

"I found the room floor dirty and the bathroom poorly equipped. I complained to the receptionist. He informed me the hotel was full. Yet he could possibly offer a triple room, so I had to ask again once the responsible was there. I fell asleep and did not complain any further. I was disappointed that the head of the reception did not get back to me about this and farther, I never got any complimentary reward for this. When I checked out, It was highly visible that the main entrance lobby's floor was all dirty. This was in the afternoon already. I won't recommend this hotel at all. The staff was correct, yet not friendly or amenable. I could see they do not have any past experience in hospitality. "
