On a private hill farm estate. Set in stunning scenery close to the coast.

Clachandubh Cottage is set in glorious West Highland scenery, tucked away in the Argyll hills a short distance from the coast. We have kayaks, rowing boats and bikes to hire, with fishing.
Clachandubh Cottage - Sleeps 6
Although Clachandubh started life in the 1800's as three shepherds dwellings, it is now our second largest cottage sleeping 6 guests. This traditional stone cottage is situated by an old stone bridge over the Clachandubh Burn and it has its own enclosed garden, open shed, ample parking spaces and well stocked log shed.
It has two twin bedrooms and one twin/super-king bedroom. Sleeping six.
Large family bathroom with walk in shower, basin and WC. Also an en-suite to the large twin/super-king room with walk in shower, bath, basin and WC.
Large sitting room/dining area with smart freesat TV, WiFi, docking station and a log burner which is wonderful to sit round in the evenings.
A full basket of logs, kindling and paper will be there on your arrival.
Fully equipped new fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all equipment you would need to prepare any meal.
The cottage has an outside boiler room/drying room with washing machine/tumble dryer and sink.

A holiday at Ederline in Argyll is an opportunity to explore new places and pastimes; to relax and renew, and to invest in creating happy memories for the whole family. A warm welcome awaits!

Charming cottage in beautiful part of the world
Some friends and I stayed at Clachendubh cottage over new year and had a fantastic stay. The cottage is gorgeous, full of character and has everything you need. Willa and Petra were very helpful in the run up to and during our visit. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a rural retreat in stunning Argyll.

Ideal for a true Scottish experience!
Clachandubh Cottage was perfect. It was an idyllic setting in the Scottish countryside. Overall it had everything we needed for our stay. The washing machine was not in working order when we arrived but was replaced with a new one the day before we left. It was a bit of an inconvenience because we packed lighter thinking we could wash and dry our clothes. I’m not sure if a dryer will be installed and it takes 1-2 days to air dry clothes. So pack accordingly! We thoroughly enjoyed the scenery on the property and the various recommendations Willa and Angus kindly provided about the local area. It was a memorable stay and one we will cherish for years to come!
