Maison mitoyenne avec vue sur la lande et la mer située au sein de la résidence Marie-Galante. Elle se trouve à 300 M de la plage et 150 M des commerces et comprend:   
  
Au rez de chaussée:  
\- Un séjour (17.3 M²) avec 2 banquettes-lits en 90 X 190 cm, une télévision, un lecteur DVD, une table et 4 chaises.   
Une cuisine ouverte avec petit réfrigérateur (compartiment congélation), four combiné micro-ondes, cafetière, grille pain, plaques électriques, lave vaisselle.   
\- Un WC.  
  
A l'étage:  
\- Une salle de bain (3.7 M²) avec baignoire, lavabo et lave-linge.   
\- Une chambre (12.6 M²) avec un lit de 190 X 140 cm.   
  
Vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur la lande et la mer depuis la terrasse équipée d'un salon de jardin.  
  
Accès à la piscine découverte et chauffée (26°C) de la résidence du 1er avril au 30 septembre, de 10h à 19h.  
Pas de barbecue (interdit par la copropriété). Animaux non acceptés. Place de parking privatif. Pas de wifi.  
Présence d'une chaise de table et d'un lit bébé.  
Bornes électriques sur le parking de la résidence.
