The Manager’s customer service was terrible - during check - in at hotel, I requested for a sea view room, receptionist nicely informed me that rooms will be available by the 2nd day but I need to talk to the manager. Unfortunately, when I spoke with the manager he said because I booked with Expedia it won’t be possible. I told him that I am only requesting for a sea view and if it needs any additional payment as upgrade then I can pay. He walked away without responding which I think was rude. As manager I was expecting much from him in terms of customer service.

The property is at a convenient location with many restaurants, beach bars and casinos. The staff are second to none. They go above and behold to help make your stay as comfortable as possible; always very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The premises are very secure, with an amazing structured- layout. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern and stylish, with very comfortable beds. Delicious breakast and well-presented at the roof-top restaurant. Well done Allain.

Honestly this is the Best Hotel ive stayed in Sierra Leone. Staff was excellent all the way around, from the security staff outside to the restaurant staff, cleaning staff and back down to the front desk. The Aberdeen Circle which is steps away from this hotel has easy access to ATM options, local phone sim & minutes top up, shops, and local transportation options to get anywhere.
