"Wir dachten wir können hier ein paar Tage entspannen - stattdessen sind wir frustriert einen Tag früher abgereist.
Die Zimmer sind an sich modern und auch die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung.
Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist auch gemütlich, und man kann sich hier wohlfühlen.
Vom Personal her muss man allerdings sagen, dass alles sehr unorganisiert und chaotisch erscheint. Hier scheinen einige Dinge hinsichtlich Kommunikation und Organisation nicht zu funktionieren.

"Super 4 star hotel! Service way beyond what is expected in the Czech Republic. Delicious and nicely plated meals in the restaurant, although it’s not a big menu. Breakfast was good with many options.
Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom with shower was nice and recently renovated. Adjacent to the hotel is a wine gallery. We ended up wine tasting
from 70 different Czech wines and were served a wonderful (and plentiful) BBQ dinner the same evening. Dogs are welcome too! I can really...
