Room looks more like a private hostel room. Several of d lights not working. Front desk was not rude but not helpful. Door was locked when we came n no one came to door when we buzzed. We had to go out n ask ppl smoking in d alley who later turned out to be staff n just told us to go around d corner ! This was in the rain! Not very helpful to tourists esp those not from Europe. The area though is nice . Very close to Paddington station, Hyde Park n kensington palace and gardens. Short train rides to all d tourist spots: Trafalgar Square, Buckingham palace, Big Ben , etc

It was excellent for the price. Clean. I stayed in early Spring and it was warm. It might get quite hot in the room in the summer but there is a fan mounted on the wall. Most hotels have a crummy TV at this price bracket. My room had a decent large screen TV with Netflix etc. I would stay again.

We arrived very early and were able to check in early too. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the cleaning service was good. The hotel is in a great area, lots of shops and restaurants. It has easy access to buses, the tube and the railway station. The rooms have all you need for a short stay in inner London. .

A fantastic hotel within walking distance from Paddington. Easy check in and check out. The room set up was slightly odd with a bed in the way of one of the cupboards. But overall a fantastic stay.

There wasn't any clothing hook in the bathroom so it was inconvenient, the wifi signal was intermittent and would disconnect at times. Overall the hotel was alright and very walkable to Paddington station.

Waste of Money
Worst ever experience in my whole Life. The room was totally different as shown in pictures. Room was full of damages, Mini TV which doesn’t even work properly, toilet full of mould smell. Cheap hand soaps and shampoo in the toilet. The whole night there was banging noise outside the room. There was some repairing work in the hotel which started around 7-8 in the morning and the noise really disturbed me and did not let me sleep. When I complained about the noise He ( the person on reception who can not even speak good English) What should I do then? The service was disgusting and the person on reception was very very Rude. The most frustrating thing is that I forgot my house keys in the room and when I called them to ask , he denied and just ignored my query saying me that” No We don’t find any keys, and hung up. If anyone wants to waste their money Go ahead

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. But be aware, rooms are tiny !!! Which is normal in expensive European cities like Paris or London. Think of a college dormitory room, to only go to sleep. But the price was 1/4 of "normal hotels" in the area, so it was a good deal.

The staff were amazing but the property needs alot of upgrades but the staff were so nice and helpful and it was in a lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars and little shops.

Wouldn’t stay again.
The room was absolutely tiny. Not what is advertised online, not enough room for 2 people to stay in and get ready in. We said about this on our departure and we’re told we could have swapped rooms but it was said they were fully booked so can’t see how we could have swapped and either way someone else would have ended up in our tiny room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and there was not enough space to put our belongings.

Great location average hotel
Hotel is in a great location with easy access to lots of stuff. Food and drinks in the area were the best! Hotel does not have a lift and some of the rooms are tiny but they have what you need.

Room is clean and tidy. by the room is very small and I booked a triple room which in the website I saw three beds, at the end, I can only got two small double beds. And the room is freezing which the heating can’t be adjusted which is too bad.

Great location, no lift, a little too plain.
This was a great location and not a bad hotel, but there is no lift the room we had was small and needed a little touch of decor. Made me feel like we were in a dorm or a hostel.We were close to some lovely restaurants and grocers to pick up some fruit. Right near Lancaster Gate tube station and Hyde Park.

Appalling Welcome
We arrrived to be told our reservation had been cancelled. When we asked who had cancelled to reservation we got a vague answer. When pressed on the issue, the guy said he was joking!!! When one has travelled a distance and are tired this is ONE SICK JOKE! He then questioned about our payment. Again he was joking! This person should NEVER be involved in hospitality. This put a horrible taste for the rest of our time staying here.

Very dated and rough around the edges. Tiny room which was extremely hot with the radiator constantly on. Even smaller bathroom, you can sit on the loo and brush your teeth at the same time! Ideal location but not somewhere I’d want to stay again really. You definitely get what you pay for in London.
