Every thing is OK. The apartament was clean and tidy. London is a fantastic city, the apartament was near of every turistic places.

Stay at your peril.
In a state of disrepair. Communication difficult didn’t even give number until I rang them. One bedroom and one bedsettee. Had to put quilt cover on. Smelt awful. Toilet backed up told them via email nothing. Had to use bags. Ran in marathon. No shower working. One cup. Smashed photo frames. Broken double bed Lats. Curtains didn’t fit. Vertical blind broke. Hob didn’t work. Quite frankly disgusting. Location was good 800m from Barbican.

It was nestled in a rubbish dump alley way with neon light shining into the apartment window, extreme dampness with terrible smell, and heating not working which is non compliant to most basic living standards. More importantly, it bares no relationship to the picture posted so it is effectively a fraudulent property let. The check in process was most arduously inconvenient and the management actively ignored communication and avoided responsibilities when complaints were made regarding the condition listed above and refused to provide refund when we wanted to check out due to coldness & dampness. Should be struck off the listing.

Smelly, Damp and Cold. Doesn't meet expectations.
Myself and two friends booked for a weekend in London. Firstly the directions to the apartment gave the wrong number, upon calling, we were told we'd be met by someone outside and given the correct address. We went to the address but had to call again for someone to meet us who then led us around the corner to a completely different apartment on a different road. The door was down an alleyway leading straight into the apartment, which smelt of damp and sewage. The front door did not deadlock - it just shut and lead straight into an alleyway with bins. It felt very unsafe. On the second night there were people working on the drains right outside the front door until early hours of the morning. The smell was clearly linked to a plumbing problem as when you flushed the toilet, the sink and shower would bubble. Upon getting home, all of our belongings now smell of the apartment. It was horrific. They've clearly tried to make an effort by supplying toiletries, clean bedding, towels, hair dryer etc - however more of an honest listing would have been preferred. The overall feeling was that the apartment was dirty. No central heating in the apartment and it was very cold. They did supply two small heaters but this wasn't sufficient. The plus side is that the location is really close to some great amenities. Overall we would not recommend staying here to any friends. We wish we'd been more careful and read reviews on other websites as we've noticed the same views elsewhere.

Actual flat content (#5 at 186 goswell road) is nothing like the pictures on hotel.com. Much worse, mattress was so thin, no ironing board, no tea/coffee, table leg broke till I fixed it, electrical plugs temperamental as some only worked if you jiggled plugs. Bottom door onto street was not always shut as the door did not fit the frame snugly.

簡直是十級的惡夢, 廁所簡直淤塞到用不到, 又不維修, apartment 的屋主完全不負責任, 帶著小朋友住, 真難過, 大家一定要小心, 相片完全不符合真實屋, 洗衣機又破爛, 根本用不到.

HORRÍVEL Infelizmente após mais de uma hora na chuva e com frio, fomos redirecionados a outro local e mais meia hora de demora. ocorre que nos enviaram email para confirmar o horario de chagada quando estavamos voando do Brasil para Londres. Chegamos ao aeroporto e fomos diretamente ao endereço da habitação. Somente depois de obter contato com a pessoa responsavel e após mais de uma hora foi trocado o local da habitação. Mais um tempo de espera e desagravos. A habitaçao e o local nao coincidiam, e as respostas sobre a devoluçao do depósito eram sempre evasivas e vagas.Diante das incoerencias e mudança de local decidimos não ficar na habitaçao que estava localizada em um beco. Vou demandar juridicamente contra o site Hoteis.com , posso até perder o dinheiro pago pelas estadias, mas vou pedir o ressarcimento e desaconselho tanto o site quanto a habitação. Esperei neste numero da foto por mais de uma hora. Tenho as mensagens de watts que demosntram a mudança de locla e o tempo demandado para contato. Infelizmente um desastre.

We tried to reach you to confirm the arrival time, due to the fact the property does not have a front desk and since we did not have the time it was complicated to arrange it. Then, we advertise 6 flats on the same listing, all around the same area, so the flat assigned to you could be any of the 6 flats with the same category. For the security deposit, you can read the conditions before booking on the fine print of the property, when we send you the check in instructions and after the check out. The information provided is always the same: the deposit is taken on the check in day and reversed within 14 days after the check out. Sincerely,

Het accomodatie was in één woord GOOR! Het stonk er ontzettend naar schimmel. We hebben de kranen van wasbak en douche even laten lopen want het leek uit afvoer te komen maar het ging niet weg. De douche pas je echt net in maar probeer je er niet in af te drogen want dat gaat totaal niet, zo klein. De flatscreen is een soort opgehangen Ipad. Verder geen theedoeken aanwezig dus geen idee hoe je de vaat moest drogen. Ook stond er als shampoo een open fles gebruikte shampoo voor ons klaar. De accomondatie kijkt uit op een muur van een Escaperoom. Het zit in een eng donker steegje waar snachts ook nog eens een hoop lawaai is. We zijn echt zo min mogelijk in de accomonatie geweest. Door de enorme schimmelstank is lang daar zijn echt geen pretje.

We do advertise 6 appartments in the same listing, so depending on the number of guests the system assigns you a different one. The shower has been checked and it works fine. For the gel and shampoo it is changed and renew in between check ins and outs so I will see why you had one opened. For the fungus issue you mention, it must be outside the property, for we have periodical pests controls which confirms us we are free of pests and fungus. Best regards,
