The head board to the bed wasn’t stable. Tv wasn’t working. The overall property looks like a run down but cleanliness was maintained. Hence, an opportunity to improve. The instructions to check in and check out were clear.

Great price for a nice room, bed was comfortable, it was close to the grocery shop, close to the Hammersmith night life, the bus stopped very close and took your straight to the underground station that had everything you could want.

All was perfect till the main door stopped working in the middle of the night and I had to wait more than 1 hour to get in. Meanwhile a drunk man was assaulting me at the entrance while waiting on whoever was supposed to fix the issue. I ended up going to the Garda station due to a door malfunction. Which was a pity, everything else was perfect but this experience ruined not only the hotel stay, but also my whole weekend away.

Property was in a good location nice street with local shops cafe and bar close by. Room was small and basic which was to be expected fir the price we paid Bedding was clean and new and shower was ok which is all you need on a budget Great value would book again

Basic Budget Accommodation
We arrived on Wednesday 29th June and I had to phone a number as the hotel wasnt manned. The person said he had sent a payment link via email but I never received it. He that sent the email but at the same time a guy came to the hotel and let us in and we paid and was given codes to enter property and to get our key from a combination lock. The room and private bathroom were very small as was the bed. We only planned to be there to sleep but a bigger room would've been better. The best thing about the hotel is the location. Halfway between Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush tube stations. Around a 10 minute stroll (walk to the left for hammersmith, to the right for Shepherds Bush. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the area. Hammersmith apollo nearby and Shepherds Bush empire and westfield shopping centre a short walk. If the room was a bit bigger I may return but due to it being on the small side I would book else where

I am very sorry to tell the truth. I was disappointed about what I have found. I was located at Room-3 with own shower and toilet. Surprisely the toilet was not functioning and is really broken in pieces. The cleaner was shocked and excused him self Manny time, he tried to contact the office on 02081642202.no contact, later came back and had contact and told me the toilet will be repaired between 5 and 7 pm. I agreed and went out for a meeting in Central London. Surprisely, there were nobody to fix the toilet and the Electric heater was even removed from my room. I paid for a room with private toilet, however could not use it? I asked for refund which was accepted by the office and they told me, you will get full refund, but you need to F contact the Expedia which I have done. After a long story and chating with robot and later with Mr. Jessus. I am still waiting on my refund and service compensation from the company. There is no word of apology menchend by the Orlando Hotel. Personally, I will not advice my friends to book this hotel unless I have got my refund back and a written apology for from the hotel. Please, I ask other guests who want to stay at room-3to check the toilet functioning before they accept the room without any delay and no excuses that the toilet will be fixed directly. Good luck and take care and do not trust what is on the Internet is shown. Surprisingly enough.

There was no service, the facity was unrenovated, no toiletries, no staff, none hygenic, no food, not even soap to baths, the phone based customer services was terrible. I come to the property by 1pm but could not check in till 6pm. No staff on ground, no working facilties. I slrpt wiyh so much fear. It was the worst fscility i ever used.

Don’t stay.
The room was old, and smelled Like old/moldy wood. That was the least of the issues. The room was so dirty, there were footprints on the floor, and dirt in the showers. Lastly, there was hair on the beds. We made a complaint, and they moved us to a different room. The room was way cleaner, and better. However, the bed was broken.. so you can feel all the springs on the bed. We couldn’t even shower there as there was black mold all over the bathroom.

Most items in the room didn't work, the TV, lamp the lights also didn't work for a few nights. The shower flooded after about a minute of use. The toilet flushing mechanism didn't work. There was water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom and water coming down the wall in the room. I tried to contact the reservations team about these issues but received no response. The bed was comfortable. I wouldn't particularly recommend this place, but at the sub £50 a night maybe this is normal?

I don’t understand how you can sell rooms like this ? The room wasn’t done dirty towels on the floor dirty bedding . Both beds were broken . The tv and the heater durant work ! No light in the corridors . Very distressing ! Don’t go there !!!

On the property only the roofing is on, no heater,no cleaner, no reception, the alarm rises on 6 clock in morning, no body care about that, 3 times on phone and 3 pm is stopping the alarm , better refund me,

Absolutely discusting Beds not made Shower head fallen off Dirty No heating Dirty coffee cup left halffull in room Rubbish bag left in room on floor No lighting in hallway or shower room. Please pay a little extra and staysomewhere else. I tried several rooms all the same so left without staying.

I arrived exhausted at 19h and found my room occupied. It turned out it was the cleaner who didn't speak English, and was still doing the room. I went out to eat and when I came back half an hour later, I almost slipped on the wet floor left by the cleaner. The smell of the cleaning chemicals was strong in the room. Fortunately the cleaner was doing another room downstairs. I called him and he wiped the floor, and all the stains due to my walking on it. A few seconds later, I had to look for the cleaner again because the door of the toilet wouldn't open. The cleaner struggled himself to open it, trying a key first before finding out that the lock doesn't open completely and therefore a bigger force needed to be applied to open it. I'm absolutely sure that not all guests would be able to open that door if it doesn't get fixed. After the successful achievement of opening the door, I wanted to wash my hands: No soap. I had to look again for the cleaner, who was the only available "staff" in the house. He gave me 2 small bars of soap. The TV didn't work. But wait for the best bit: At night, the room was freezing cold, and the radiator didn't work. There was no one at the reception. No one answered my phone calls. I had to sleep in my clothes with my hat and socks on to keep a bit warm under their thin blanket. I had to inhale the cleaning chemicals all night long as well. In the morning, as in the evening, there was nobody at the front desk. My room was 11 (top floor)

There was no soap. No one in attendance. I had to call some phone number THREE TIMES because codes for doors did not work, keys got stuck in doors etc. No wi-fi, no HEATING. It took 45 minutes before accessing a room. No bedside light. No handrail on most of stairs. Nasty, dirty! "screw you customer" is the attitude. Ridiculous

C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix ! Ce n'est pas du grand luxe, mais c'est beaucoup mieux que sur les photos et parfait pour uniquement dormir le soir ! Je recommande !

En general todo muy bien excepto el proceso de llegada , nadie te recibe, tienes que llamar a un número de teléfono y por mail te envian el cuestionario de pago. Todo bien salvo que imuchos huespedes tienen barrera idiomatica i el contestador te va dando indicaciones en ingles con lo cual despues del viaje encontrarse con este handicap no es agradable . Despues ya vino un encargado muy amable para darnos los codigos para acceder El personal de limpieza muy amable. El alojamiento limpio y comodo

Experiencia em Hotel Orlando - Desagradável
O ckeck-in não existe porque simplesmente não havia ninguém na recepção durante toda a nossa estadia. O conceito de entrar apenas com código é bom, mas ninguém nos disse nada até chegar ao hotel e estar na rua mais de 1h. Tivemos de esperar na rua porque para entrar é preciso pagar e então é enviado um email com as indicações para entrar. Como queriamos pagar em dinheiro e não nos informaram de nada, tivemos este desagradável momento. O quarto não estava limpo. Havia lixo de outros hóspedes espalhado no chão. E enviei um email porque precisamos de ajuda, e não nos responderam. O serviço foi desagradável. Por um preço pouco mais alto ficariamos num hotel com serviço bem melhor.
