I stayed their for 3nights Main problem is no attached toilet other thing is 1toilet amd bathroom ised by 15peoples i wait out side for nearly 1hr to bathroom after.Then staff i report them when i check in tv is not working then never sort out that problem in 3days .wifi they have in my room whike i search even their username also not shown #no toilet #no wifi#no Tv #

Finding this property was extremely challenging, the service was absolutely terrible. The street was very sketchy and felt very unsafe. The reception was awful and was not pleasant, they were hesitant about the prices and charged me an unreasonable amount, not what was promised. Once settled into our room, 3 men barged into our room saying they needed to “measure” things in the room. As a young girl I felt very unsafe and unwelcome, with 3 grown men barging into my room. They stood there laughing thinking it was hilarious, as my friend and I were both clearly uncomfortable. After that incident I immediately went down to reception and asked for a refund as I was not staying there. They refused any sort of refund and were extremely rude. I would never recommend this accommodation to anyone whatsoever.

Totally terrible front desk and customer service. Broken floor at washroom. Once I asked for something I might have left and if they have lost and found. I didn’t get any proper response. One of the staff said the cleaner will through anything left.

Firstly the shower was broke 2nd the heater in the room didn't work. The fire alarms went off after someone burned their oil while cooking. A couple arguing on the landing late evening. 2 big holes in the wall. Was not a nice room. I checked out after 2 days an paid for 6. Asked for a refund was told to send in a email which i have an the hotel as not replied an ive still not received.my £50.00 security money. I would advise anyone to avoid this place like the plague. Absolutely disgusting

Yes plenary free parking. BUT This lodge is Not for a paying guest. I travelled with family 2 little kids and got offered a room with NO bathroom asked to use a shared bathroom which was so dirty filthy disgusting, i refused to stay and asked for my money back. Then they gave me a room with bathroom. In the room the carpet was so filthy so dirty you cant walk bare feets. Beed sheets were a bit clean but had some hairs on it. Complementary Breakfast from 7.30 till 8.30 BUT from 7.30 till 8.15 there was NO MILK, NO SUGAR, NO BREAD and no one was in kitchen or at reception. after 8.15 receptionist came and then we found milk & bread in kitchen. KITCHEN CLEANNESS 1 OUT OF 10. BEDROOM CLEANNESS 2 OUT OF 10. BATHROOM WAS CLEAN. First thought about this place. It looked like homeless peoples staying at this lodge paid by council. I arrived very late so i had to stay. My mistake i never checked the reviews. THIS LODGE SHOULDN'T BE ON HOTELS.COM ITS A DISGRACE.

Due to hotel policy, a pre-authorisation is to be taken upon arrival but should release within a certain number of days. The policy is available on our hotel websites as well as on all booking agents’ websites. Not the greatest didn’t stay the night checked in elsewhere. Booked this hotel by mistake did not realise they did not have ensuite toilet facilities. The shared toilets are not clean and generally the hotel is not in the greatest condition and needs to be revamped. Wouldn’t stay again but it would be good for someone on a budget

The property is a few old terraced houses divided up into flatlets . The toilet facilities are shared between 3 rooms , they are dirty and no toilet paper is provided. The rooms are large with sleeping for 4 (so 10 to 12 people sharing 1toilet) . The floors are rotten and sloping .

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is unfortunate that there has been an issue with the pre-authorisation and this is the matter that affected your stay. Due to hotel policy, a pre-authorisation is to be taken upon arrival but should release within a certain number of days. The policy is available on our hotel websites as well as on all booking agents’ websites. The taking of a 50 deposit is our and many Hotels procedure and I am sorry if this was inconvenient, however this is common practice across the world.We would like the opportunity to host you again in the future. Still haven’t been given back my deposit also rooms were not clean hence why I upgraded to the double bed. Which wasn’t any better. Will not come back

The room was dirty, there was black mold on the back it the bathroom door and on the tiles. There were no blankets and the room was dirty. The bathroom was beyond small. The fire alarm did not work in our room - fire alarm went off down the hall so we did not feel safe. No utensils or mugs for tea. We ended up leaving and I have to pay for a hotel elsewhere. Stay away.

Did not even stay there, as upon arrival was told that the booking was cancelled, without notifying me. When booking the hotel, it states payment at the property. Apparently they tried to take the payment, hell knows when, the car had expired and unlike other places I had stayed, and had the same issues, the hotel contacted me and the payment issue was sopved. O was told that they are fully booked, but when checked online I saw that you can get a room for 1800£ for 4 nights. A massive hike from 270£. Disappointed all around, especially when trying to find an accomo for 4 people at almost 10pm.
