The location was great on the beach front except we had stormy weather at the time. The floor plan was great with a toilet & shower downstairs. The master suite was spacious with a large walk in robe & large ensuite. Location is only 10 minutes to Batemans Bay where there are 2 major shopping centres. The picture doesn’t do it justice as there is actually another toilet/shower on ground floor and the whole house is very roomy.
