Not sure if this is a general problem, or one occasioned by the handicap room we were assigned, but the shower curtain wasn't long enough to reach the bottom, resulting in a pool of water each time we showered.
I was initially skeptical about the mattress which seemed rather soft, but I slept fine, so I guess it's OK if non-standard for hotels. The pillows were tiny and there were only two for the two of us.
The pet fee is very modest (we paid $10/night) and so that is a selling point if one has a dog.
The overall cost is a good value. Despite our reservations, we would definitely return to this property if we need to be in the Lansing area.
