Your picture perfect beach house just 1.5 blocks from beautiful Redondo Beach. Start your morning with a stroll to the beach as you will enjoy views from Palos Verdes to Malibu or steps away to the Redondo Pier.

The entire house has been remodeled with beautiful furniture and furnishings for a luxurious family vacation, business trip or a romantic get-away as the pictures speaks for themselves. All new furniture and amenities.

There are three bedrooms w/ one of them being a pass through. Two of the bedrooms offer queen beds, third bedroom has a twin, full and trundle bed. Living room has a 50” flat screen HDTV w/ DVD player and XBox and Wii for the kids. All three bedrooms have HDTV w/ FIOS, DVD players and access to free movies on Netflix. Third bedroom has a desk w/ new PC computer offering internet access and MS suite for those who need to work as well as a color printer (to print boarding passes and such). Master bedroom has a beautiful travertine shower enclosure and hallway bathroom has a stunning shower and tub.

Awesome House, Great Location
My wife, myself and our three teenage kids had an amazing stay at this house. I don’t even know where to start. From walking in the front door the house is set up beautifully. Great decorations, fun vibe and special little touches everywhere. The rooms were set up great and gave everyone plenty of space. The house had everything you could need with the skewers for making s’mores over the fire pit a great addition. Beds are very comfortable, showers are amazing, plenty of couch space and lots of TV options. The house is close enough to walk to the beach and the pier and there are tons of options for food right down the street on the PCH. I would recommend this place for any type of trip you are taking. Great for families, quiet, safe and within walking distance of anything you need. We had a great trip and the hosts were extremely responsive and super accommodating. 10 out of 10 would strongly recommend!

Fantastic beach cottage
Stayed for a long weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed the Pearl street cottage. Location was fantastic (blocks to the beach), and the house was exceptionally well appointed. The place was super clean, and check in/out were a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Very Nice Place
This place was very clean and comfortable for a family of five. The kitchen had everything one would need to make meals at home (having kids with some food allergies, we did this a lot). The property description is accurate...a 5 minute walk to the beach, bikes available (although for 5 bikes, we had to search a bit), and the layout of house is as described as well (one bedroom is off the other and laundry is outdoors). Regarding the host, Bic was exceptionally responsive. It was refreshing to interact with her. She also provided a number of things to do and allowed a later than nornal checkout. Given all the above, the property was perfect for our stay. Bic was perfect. And in the end, we would definitely stay at this place again.

An airy retreat by the shore
This airy, meticulous cottage has everything you need for a relaxed stay with friends or family. Less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, with tons of easy street parking, the decor is endless California summer, complete with nautical touches, surfboards and beautiful shades of blue. For our group, the best feature of the house was the great room and kitchen: a super comfy sectional couch hosted many family members, and a large farm table easily accomodated 8 people (even 10). The kitchen is supremely well stocked with appliances for every cuisine; markets, restaurants and coffee shops are a stone's throw away. The property manager Bic is a dream to work with. The house was perfectly decorated for the holidays -- just enough Christmas cheer. Her lightening-fast communications were always thoughtful and informative: she could not be more reponsive. We are not strangers to the area, but I could imagine how helpful she'd be if a group from out of town was trying to figure out the lay of the land. Don't hesitate to book this lovely little cottage for a relaxed stay near the shore!

Well Worth It!!
We were looking for a special place to celebrate my oldest daughter 21st Birthday. This place was perfect for the occasion. It was as advertised and had even more than we could have ever expected or needed. When I say it had everything, it had everything. We will definitely keep this place in mind and look to rent again or even look into their other properties. The owner even stopped by to say Hi and dropped off a birthday cake, which to us was just incredible and so thoughtful. Truly a great place to celebrate a special occasion or just a perfect place to call home for a couple of days. Thank you very much!!

Perfect Redondo house
We had a blast and loved how close we were to the beach. The house has everything you need and more. It's got tons of space and comfort. The refrigerator didn't work while we were there and it couldn't be repaired. The host was quick to try to rectify the situation by bringing a cooler with ice. Communication was easy and prompt. We were all so happy to be there and we just ended up eating out more than planned. I'd stay there again and again.

Family trip to the South Bay
We enjoyed our time at this beach property. The location was nice and was walking distance to the Redondo Pier and Beach. The home was comfortable, with some very nice amenities. In particular we loved the fire pit on the front porch. The most memorable part of this rental was our host, Bic. Her attentiveness and hospitality was phenomenal and we can't say enough good things. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Best Rental - Hands Down
Bic is an amazing host and we definitely recommend this rental. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodating our group. In addition, this home has EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING you need and more for an enjoyable stay. They have thought of everything one would need. The walk to the beach is about 5-10 minutes, near shops, bars and restaurants. The bikes are a plus. My daughter (15) rode the bikes daily and loved how easy and convenient it was to ride and get around. The parking was a plus as well. We had no problems finding a place right in front. The stores are close by as well. If you have questions or concerns the owner is very responsive. Out of all of the rentals we have stayed in over the years, this has been the best thus far. Thank you again Bic. Our family cannot wait to stay again.

Incredible Location and Property!
We could not have asked for a better location, quality of property and amenities. They thought of everything, and we especially loved sitting out by the fire pit and just hanging out. We celebrated my son graduating from college and had a bbq on Sunday night and everything went so smoothly. Plenty of serving platters and kitchen essentials made it seem less. The location to the beach cannot be beat!

Really sweet place to stay, close to the beach
This property is very close to so many restaurants, Redondo Beach and wharf, as well as regular amenities like groceries and malls. It’s an ideal location, really. The outside of the house is so cute. We especially love the fire pit in the front. That’s a great place to gather. And they have a nice BBQ for grilling. The inside of the house is really nice with so many extra touches like coffee ingredients, tons of great cookware, bikes, helmets, strollers, beach blankets, marshmallow skewers, games, and fancy bathrobes! It’s sick a cute place. My one thing is that the pictures looked like there is another bedroom, but the pictures just show the double wide bunk bed with the trundle pulled out. It wasn’t an issue, but I wanted others to know that there are officially three sleeping spaces and one sleeping space sleeps up to 5 people. I would definitely stay here again. The owners and property staff are great to work with. Thank you, Bic!

Loved this gem in Redondo Beach! The location is perfect and is an easy walk to the beach and close to shops as well. It is exactly as shown in the photos, well equipped and very organized. Great communication with our host too. When we are back in the area we will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful home base on Pearl
We enjoyed the location on Pearl St. I was in town with my 3 young adult children. The house was perfect. Clean and stocked with all the things we needed. Great open floor plan and comfortable for us all. We cooked a wonderful brunch, enjoyed local restaurants and found everything we needed at nearby local shops. Wonderful weekend and the home provided a comfortable home base.

A Little Gem by the Beach
We had a wonderful trip to Redondo Beach. This house is exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you’d need, and having laundry on-site was a life-saver! Bic has thought through your every need. The weather while we were there was not beach weather, but we still took advantage of the beach chairs one sunny afternoon. There were bikes of every size, coolers, balls, a closet with games and kids toys. The location was also wonderful. Redondo Beach is a nice little community. The house is a very easy walk to the beach and the pier, and there is a wonderful playground for kids. It’s also an easy drive (depending on rush hour traffic!) into Hollywood, Santa Monica, and L.A. we made the most of our week and took in as many sights as we could. You won’t run out of things to do here. Bic was very easy to work with. We had no problems at all, but any little question I had was answered within minutes. We would definitely recommend this property, and would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice stay!
This is a very clean and well appointed property. Thoughtfully supplied with bikes , beach supplies, games and lots of tvs! The only drawback is the lack of three separate sleeping areas. The sleeping area with the bunk bed and trundle bed is on the pathway to the second discrete bedroom. The area is a quiet neighborhood with some restaurants and stores nearby. The beach is a short walk and has a great playground for kids. This was a relaxing spot - we enjoyed it with our grandkids and their parents for a Christmas meet up.

Great accommodations at Redondo Beach
We enjoyed everything about this property! The living space was comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, tea and coffee for the morning, and other amenities. We enjoyed the firepit in the evening and the use of bicycles for riding along the beach bike path. Some of the bikes could be retired and possibly replaced. Bic responded immediately to any questions we had before and during our stay.

We all were born and raised in the South Bay and I left at 41 so it will always be home. The ocean, the weather, Tony’s on the pier, family and friends draw us back often. Super comfortable house and great location!
