This unit is designed for optimal peace & comfort. It's modern/contemporary design, brand new kitchen with new appliances (fridge, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Computer desk & Keurig coffee maker.) bathroom with rain shower head and bathtub; Comfortable queen size bed & Queen Pullout Sofa bed, large closet, fresh linens and towels, DirecTV, Central Heat & AC, WiFi. Private covered single compact Parking. UV Air sterilization after cleaning of entire unit and in-unit UV/HEPA filter in area.

This Unit is located on .5 acre property in an equestrian neighborhood, Sherwood Forest adjacent in Northridge, CA. This is a detached unit from main house and fenced separately. This unit is Approx. 800 sq.ft, with 10 ft. ceilings. It was built with emphasis on quality and guest comfort in mind. In addition to insulation for energy efficiency.

You will have private access into the property via a secure intercom code, one compact size vehicle, free secure covered parking (monitored by motion Ring Camera) and access to the entire private unit. Shared Courtyard patio seating area (Drive-Way to courtyard monitored by motion Ring Camera.)
