Pool Heating: If you'd like to enjoy a warm swim or soak, we offer pool heating for an additional $100 per night. If you'd like us to heat the pool before your arrival, just let us know and we'll send someone on our team to do so in the morning. Please note, the pool can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours to heat up, depending on the outside temperature.

24/7 Availability: Myself or my assistant is always available to assist you, 24/7. If you have any questions, just let us know! We're here to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

Keypad entry and guests will have private access to the entire property.

Please keep in mind: our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a twice a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please.

Lovely stay
The house was serenly beautiful. Its open floor plan and pool were the perfect setting for my families last minute trip. My kids spent the whole day playing in the pool as well as the game room. Greg, the host was very helpful and available for questions. Overall...It was just a lovely family experience.

An quality, comfortable, spacious property
We absolutely loved our stay. The house is spacious and clean and has lots of little "extras" (like multiple shower heads and a bidet in the master). We enjoyed sitting outside during the warm hours. The big game/TV room behind the house is cool, and we wish we had more time there to use it. The main house has three normal bedrooms with bathrooms (including the master), and the fourth is a den with a double Murphy bed where the two doors on either side are textured glass to distort the view inside (full bath next to kitchen for this "bedroom"). Just good to know this. Our 21 yo niece slept there, so it worked out fine. Additional beds after these are sofa beds. Every response from the host was quick, and he took care of things promptly when asked. We would absolutely stay here again. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Amazing Oasis in Venice
This Property is an amazing find. Great location, amazing home and incredible outdoor space and pool. Could not recommend more and we hope to be back soon.
