This is THE WORST hotel/resort I've ever stayed. I booked 3 rooms for 6 nights for me & my family & it was terrible experience. For starters, the furniture in the rooms were very old & in poor conditions. The amenities were worn down. The food in some of the restaurants had no variety whatsoever & was poorly cooked. The staff outside of the receptionists & security guards weren't very friendly. The doors to our rooms kept locking us out. My room had a massive leak in the bathroom that I reported & they said they would fix it but they never did. One night I found my room with no bed sheets or pillows or anything. When I confronted them about it, they said they thought I had left. I still had 1 night left & hadn't checked out. The A/C on my mother's room didn't work properly & they went at midnight to try & fix it. They never fixed it. They STOLE or threw out my Mother's lotions. There's A LOT MORE I could complain about this place but I'm running out of space so all I'm going to say is DO NOT STAY HERE. This resort is a disaster & a disgrace. I feel sorry for all the people that visit my beautiful country for the first time & picked this place as their first experience. Just trust me when I say this, DO NOT STAY at Cofresi Palm Beach or any of the adjacent Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club hotels at this resort!!!

Terrible experience!Nothing speaks Presidential Or VIP! This place lacks entertainment,internet(worst wifi ever), food selection and customer service when it comes to accommodating! We had an emergency in the kids room due to a big water leak and were told they be moved to a 1st floor in building were we were by 3:30pm. When I went they had a room ready in total opposite side and far from us. So i was told to go back later so they could accomodate in our building. It was 5:27pm and they had another excuse and that a new room in our building and 1st floor was free but was being cleaned. I got upset and left to my room and requested later the manager who came with another story that they had the room ready but in the 2nd floor. Lies after lies! She was non sympathetic to the situation nor went out her way to accommodate the situation. Not even offer a credit nor apology when it was her staff's mistake! She will accommodate english only speaking people! I requested a higher up manager and she said no one was available. Next day no other manager came and apologized. This place has the wrong name! Only friendly people are Eddy at bar and other bar staff, Felix Sanchez and Aneudy at bell boys and Jennifer in restaurant reservations. But that manager lady sucks! And reception people are friendly but are lost! They do nothing to accomodate your requests. I do recall a rep she has curly hair and light eyes who did make one accomodation. Other than that this place sucks!
