We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Atlántico in Madrid. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and the location on Gran Vía is absolutely perfect for exploring the city.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their excellent service made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The hotel is nothing extraordinary but the staff is really stuck up. From front desk to the valet - no one has any sense of courtesy. I was quite surprised as it was my first day in Spain. Only to realize the rest of the country and people are lovely except this hotel. Not going again. I suffered an injury and could not walk the first day. Valet in this hotel - even after seeing me in pain, leaning on my husband told me to walk around the whole hotel to get in. Never coming back here. We moved to “only you Boutique hotel” after one night. So much better. Please do not waste your money on them.

"The room was lovely although small for a superior. There was no free bottle of water or tea/coffee making equipment which is the normal for a Parador. The staff did provide these after we asked for them. Bed was very comfortable, bar staff were very nice although service a little slow. Food was delicious ..."
