Housekeeping front end was great. There’s only a few issues with the dining area with strong personalities and at the bar they can be extremely rude, but other than that, I had a great time and was satisfied with the rest of their service services.

Clean room, helpful and courteous staff. Transit to the centre of Madrid one block away. It was a short walk to a small mall with some nice stores and some goods eats.

A lovely room; gorgeous wall mural piece and nicely designed. Sadly a few of the lights and plugs did not work so we had only one plug for tech charging, which made things interesting. Comfortable bed and great bathroom as well.
Breakfast was brilliant if a tad expensive. It is a small space but it has been designed perfectly and there is something for everyone. Fantastic breakfast staff.
The rooftop isn’t good and despite it being “open” it was not set up, which was a shame.
In all, a good hotel in the centre of Madrid with easy access to many sights.
