"This hotel was a total surprise. The small town of Obrovac is located in a canyon along a river. The ride to get there was very pretty and the setting of the hotel right on the river was beautiful. The place has obviously been recently renovated and it is all new and clean smelling. The hotel restaurant served excellent dishes (I had a steak and a salad and my husband had seafood risotto) and very good wine. The staff was super friendly. The town is run down but the hotel and their restaurant is a gem."

"Lovely little family-owned B&B 15 minutes’ drive from entrance 2 to Plivitce lakes national parks. There are restaurants and markets within walking distance but the home-cooked breakfast is worth the 10 euros extra. Room was clean, comfortable, and furnished with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended."

"Appartement bien conçu; agréable et bien placé près de la mer même si nous n’avions pas la vue mer. Mais … on regrette l’absence même d’une éponge à la cuisine et de produit de vaisselle. Pour 2 nuits nous n’avons pas ce matériel. "
