Villa Nai 3.3 — Presidential-Class Hospitality This was our third stay at Villa Nai 3.3, and it continues to exist in a category of its own. Having experienced many of the world’s leading luxury hotels, including Four Seasons and One&Only, Villa Nai delivers something even more exceptional. The service is beyond traditional five-star hospitality—it is presidential-class. Personal, extraordinarily discreet, intuitive, and completely effortless. The team has mastered the ability to anticipate what you want before you ever have to ask. The rooms are spectacular. Architecturally remarkable, incredibly private, serene, and sophisticated, they feel entirely connected to the landscape of Dugi Otok. Nothing here feels mass-produced or formulaic. It is intimate luxury at its absolute best. The culinary experience is equally extraordinary. The chef and team deliver Michelin-starred dining that deserves to be considered a destination in itself. The ingredients, presentation, creativity, and connection to the island are exceptional. Three visits in, the food remains one of the defining parts of the experience. What ultimately distinguishes Villa Nai is the feeling it creates. With so few guests and such an extraordinary level of attention, you experience a standard of hospitality that even many of the world’s most celebrated luxury resorts simply cannot replicate.

Schon der Empfang war sehr liebenswert und persönlich! Wir haben ein super sauberes Zimmer mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer bekommen und es fehlte einfach an nichts. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt um anzukommen ohne sofort zur nächsten Drogerie zu fahren, sprich Spüli, Toipapier, Küchentücher, Seife usw. waren vorhanden. Unser Hund war willkommen und durfte mit an den Pool ( nicht in den Pool). Zwei Hundestrände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Novalia ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsladen auch. Der Pool im Garten und der Strand am Meer über die Straße sind ein Traum. Daniela ist immer bemüht man fühlt sich einfach wie zu Hause. Alles ist sehr relaxed um Urlaub zu erleben. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und Parkplätze sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Nachts ist es ruhig und wenn es zu warm werden sollte schaltet man die Klima an. Wäsche kann man gegen einen kleinen Obolus waschen. Wir kommen wieder und großen Dank nochmals an Daniela und ihr Team.

Marin, who owned the apartment had great communication with us through What's app, he also arranged transportation for us which took away any stress of navigating a country we had previously never visited. Sara, who greeted us and checked us in was also so helpful and gave us information about excursions and local amenities. Both spoke very good, clear English. Marin also gave us recommendations for local restaurants, coffee shops, cake and days out. The apartment was lovely, modern and finished very well and very clean. Everything we needed was in the apartment, very clean white towels and bedding and a very comfortable bed. There were a few flights of stairs to navigate but worth it for the comfort of the apartment. It is situated in a prime spot to access all local amenities and attractions in the heart of the Old Town. We would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Zadar.
