“This was an excellent, comfortable place for our non-profit members to split while participating at a Fort Ticonderoga event. The layout can't be beat for camaraderie but privacy, group decisions but breakout nooks, views but convenience. We all wished we could stay longer! ”

“The house is situated on a beautiful lot with a man-made pond and apple orchards. The house itself is a little weary. Much of the furnishings are thrift store finds and could use some refreshing. We had issues with the WIFI right from the start and there is poor to no cellular service depending on where you are in the house. Communicating with a property management company was extremely frustrating as you are passed off from one representative to another as well as receiving multiple text……

“ Great property!! Very nice place everything you need you can find in this home from cookware to glassware, baking needs.. i was reading lot's of reviews about this property and was worried , poor wifi, low water pressure.. i had none of those problems with 7 people total in the home.. Only thing i could say is this mattresses can use an upgrade .. but I'd definitely come back again especially in The summer.. this place must be amazing!! In the winter 4 by 4 is a must have……

“Excellent host communication and coordination. It's a great rustic bilevel home (2 Br in basement) that's well appointed with equipment (treadmill, massage chair and hot tub) great woodburning stove and newer awesome hot tub. Home is unrenovated yet comfortable with great mattresses, and perfect for a landing spot if skiing Killington or other outdoor activity with or without kids. Thank you Doug! ”
