Beautiful hotel in the heart of Brussels. Exceptional breakfast, and the most comfortable bed we slept on in Europe. Gorgeous bathrooms, attention to detail, and the hotel smells like a dream.

The picture of the room on Expedia didn’t match the suite. Furthermore the room was very hot even though we turned on the AC. There was a rooftop balcony linked to the room that had artificial grass as floor which is not hygienic nor handy considering it rains so much in Brugge. Therefore I wasn’t able to enjoy this area neither.

Room was homely and staff helpful. The hotel is in an excellent central spot close to grand place and lots to do. I was very relieved to be staying here before after a long day walking and then close for dinner. Would stay again.
