This Hotel has an excellent location with a majestic view. Once you enter the room the view is spectacular. The room is big and very clean. The staff are very attentive to details. The restaurants service and food are amazing! This hotel was the highlight of our vacation. Service was impeccable, always attentive to the guests. The piano bar was a highlight of the stay.

Check in and check out were fantastic - smooth and fast. Some issues with heating/ac system. We had a superking size bed but 2 mattresses. it would be great to have mattress of the same size of the bed

The hotel was attractive, well maintained, and the staff was amazing. From the front desk, to the bellman, the manager, and the breakfast host and staff, and housekeeping, I never had a more accommodating and helpful staff.

They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out.Having traveled to almost 14 countries across Europe, I can confidently say that this was the best hotel experience I've ever had.
