"I was there for 2 nights due to TAAG flight delays. Each night they ran out of food on the buffet and took forever to put even a manger offering back. Very frustrating."

"The Staff tries to give guests the best possible service, but it seemed to us that they lack the tools to do so. Location is ok but you do not feel completely safe in the area. They need to improve the breakfast service."

"Staff was very friendly and service oriented. Every one was very helpful and kind. On my second breakfast day, the waiter recognized me and knew that I drink cappuccino.
