The Hotel was in an excellent location, but the reception area was under construction and very unprofessional in appearance. There was no lounge area and the breakfast area was closed, also under construction. We had to have breakfast in a nearby cafe, and the breakfast charge on my bill was extremely overpriced based on what we were served in the cafe. I could have gotten the same breakfast at another cafe for less than half of what the Hotel charged me. The room was updated, small, but relatively comfortable. But there were NO towel racks in the bathroom and no shelves for toiletries, neither inside or outside the shower stall. The best thing about our stay was the discounted parking in the public parking lot across the square. Very disappointed overall!

Pros: Location is great for exploring the city. Deluxe room is large and bed is comfortable. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Bathroom products are great.
Cons: As of Sept., the property turns off air conditioning, which makes all the rooms really hot. The only way to get air is to open the windows, which lets in bugs and street noise. Housekeeper did not leave any bottled water after cleaning. One particular staff only gave me one bottle as he said only one per person. This is really petty considering the room rate I paid. The same staff also told my friend (who had her own room) that she could not get hot water from the bar as it would be a paid service. Again very petty.
