The apartment is perfectly located, within walking distance of main attractions and restaurants. It was very clean and felt very cozy. A small suggestion would be to include a full-length mirror in the apartment.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms were clean and quite nice. Our room had a bit too much perfume smell, but we were able to open the window/ doors for fresh air.

Although a modern facility and relatively clean, lacks a number of things to be a 4 star. With about 60% occupancy the hotel did not offer any upgrades. It is also notable that rooms have no bottled water (only with purchase). With the espresso machine need to bring your own water and pods. Last but not list the room was never vacuumed in 5 days and in the last day we were left with one towel. The breakfast was good and tasty but if you want a decaffeinated coffee you need to pay 3 euro, only regular caffeinated coffee of all kinds were included. Also the hotel staff lacks customer service skills and are very firm and argumentative. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Communication: I emailed 24h before arrival to ask that the sofa bed please be made and I never got a reply. 6 hours before arrival I haven't received check in details so I contacted them in WhatsApp and there is where I finally received check- in details The sofa bed hadn't been made and there was still rubbish in the kitchen and bathroom from previous guests, the duvets didn't have a cover and were dirty. The freezer was also dirty. The balcony wasn't clean either. I appreciate it that when we mentioned the rubbish and asked for help making the sofa bed they sent someone immediately. The property is a short Uber into the city.
