This beautiful two bedrooms apartment measures about 70 square meters and offers a bright living room with view on the city center, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stoves, microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker in addition to high quality kitchenware. Both bedrooms have a premium quality mattress (king size - 180x200cm in the main bedroom, queen size - 160x200 cm in the second bedroom). Floor heating, walk-in shower and brushed steel taps in the 2 bathrooms. High-speed fibre optic cable Wi-Fi connection and Smart TV with NetFlix, as well as Bluetooth sound system. This residence suite is soundproofed by acoustic doors and large triple-glazed windows, guaranteeing privacy and exclusivity. It has everything you need for a comfortable and productive stay in Luxembourg.  The rent of the apartment include the use of the common areas open 24/7 (professional gym, wellness area with sauna, laundry room).

The Apartment was wonderful…parking was ???
Coming from Alaska, the parking garage was very confusing at first and wish there was more information about it prior to showing up. However we figured it out! 😊 The apartment was beautiful and everything working perfectly. It was located near lots of shopping, restaurants and many historical sites! We had a wonderful time and already planning our next trip to LUX!
