"Friendly front desk staff. Large room with space for suitcases and snow gear. Good breakfast included with cookies, coffee and hot chocolate all day. Rooms are dated-and housekeeping was less than expected- we came back in the evening and the beds weren’t made and towels had just been plopped on the counter (not enough towels for our family). "

"Very clean room and and bathroom which is most important. Beds comfortable, pillows a little too firm. Wish there had been a small fridge. Felt safe. Would definitely stay again. Staff was proactive asking guests if they needed assistance. Kudos to Abby,Ben,Dylan,Noa, and Bella."

"Was not aware of the $25.00 a day parking fee. Also I rented the Premium Suite with a king size bed. When I slept in the king size bed my feet hung off the bed. I am 6’1” and I have a king size bed at home and my feet do not hang off the my bed at home. So I am not sure how you say these are king size beds. The amenities state the Premium Suites have bathtub or showers. I emailed and requested a room with bathtub. when I arrived I was told only the rooms with double beds had bathtubs. As I was told I was renting the best room in the hotel. You would think it would have a bathtub. Overall the hotel was clean, staff was nice. I would think if you are renting the Premium suite it would have everything as listed on the website or if not someone should have emailed me back to let me know my room was not going to have a bathtub. "

"The staff was very helpful, room online said it was. King, but they didn’t have King’s - which I was fine with - refrigerator in my room wouldn’t close, but I quickly got a new room, very pleasant about it all and again not a big deal for me. (Thankfully I wasn’t completely unpacked. Both rooms were very clean, lobby, breakfast area - nice workout room - pool wasn’t open yet but looked very nice. Truly an enjoyable stay. "
