“Ryan was awesome with communicating! The house was very nice and we loved the location. The room with twin beds was tight with 4 people, but we made it work. It would be nice to have some hooks in the bathrooms, but otherwise everything was really great!”

“Our group of 12 really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, decorated well, and had plenty of room! We were so happy we could all eat together around the big dining room table. There is so much deck room with the multi levels and a fantastic view. The driveway is pretty steep but there was plenty of room for us to park. Michael was a great communicator. The location was great, we enjoyed hikes and a wine tour all close by! Would recommend this for a group of friends or a large family! ”

“We were in town for the weekend attending a family reunion in Sodus Point. The house was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Very nice amenities. Would definitely recommend it to others. ”

“Good house located between Canandaigua and Naples — two cute towns with wineries, restaurants, etc. Sleeps 8 comfortably but only 1 bathroom means you need to plan; also really only parking for 2 cars. Two doors down from a public lake beach. Nice area, nice house ”

“House was gorgeous and had an abundance of space for the three of us and a perfect pug. The property is large and private. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms had plenty of space so that we were all comfortable. Then there was the basement! An extra area for us to hang out and play some pool! Overall, a fantastic experience and a must stay if you're ever in the area.”
