“We absolutely loved this home. It is in Fruita, just outside of Grand Junction, but an easy 15 minute drive into GJ. It is in a nice new subdivision. The home is new and very clean with nice decor. It had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and we loved the game room. Will definitely stay again.”

“It was a great location for us close to our family. And a very short walk to downtown Fruita. Nice back yard and quiet neighborhood. ”

I only marked down a little due to the place needing some updating.
