"The house is nice and has good amenities however, there were several issues: The house did not appear to have been visited prior to our arrival...front entrance dirty, back yard, patio and furniture was disheveled and dirty (old drink stains on arms of chairs) big weeds growing and bagged dog poop left on the side of the house. The toe kick in the kitchen was falling off, dirty/used wine glasses in the cabinet and used toilet paper in the front bathroom still in the toilet. The hot tub was...
