“The one night had us refreshed in the morning. Unfortunately, the entire city of Moab had an electrical power outage, thus we sat in the dark and went to bed very early. It would have been nice to have a few games to play, as we did have a few flashlights. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the grounds were beautiful. , And the views spectacular! “There are not enough words to describe our stay. It far exceeded our expectations. We were backpackers in our younger days and usually spent a week deep in the mountains. This was like backpacking with all the amenities of civilization. The place is tranquil and peaceful, yet walking and hiking are available outside the door. “We loved this dog friendly property as did our dogs. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. No phone or TV - Yay! great kitchen, bathrooms and spacious open area. Lots of interesting areas around the property and up the road. Although a family rented the place next door to ours, we really never heard them. Location was ideal to see sites south of Moab, but still just a short 20 minute drive to Moab. Perfect!”

“We couldn’t have been happier with this house and the peace and quiet of the ranch! The other cabins were spaced out so far away as to be unnoticeable. It was a long drive to town (20+ mins), but well worth it. We even spent a couple days just enjoying the house and surroundings rather than going on an adventure.
