“Very clean and great location. The sound barrier between upstairs and downstairs needs improvement though. Kept hearing footsteps, otherwise very quiet place. Parking was easy, entry was easy and close to parks, restaurants, coffee shops and bars.”

“My husband and I were in Palisade for a few days for a wedding and LOVED staying here. The property was very clean, and everything is new and/or well kept. There were some really welcome touches like hair ties and lotion available. Some small snacks, coffee with fixings, everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were shocked by the AC until because in our many stays in mountain towns AC is a rarity, BONUS!! Bed is comfy, owners are respectful of your privacy and there is parking...

“If you like nature and peace and quiet, this is perfect. After mountain biking at 18 Roads(35 minutes away) and Moab(90 minutes away), this was ideal for us 2 to relax afterwards. Restaurants and grocery stores are an easy short drive away. A patio and chair overlooking the mesa in your backyard await. A trailhead to a beautiful hike is also across the street, literally. I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did.”
