Enjoy a large executive-style living room with home theater, chef’s kitchen, rooftop deck with views of the Bank of America Stadium, and garage parking. Walk to the light rail or drive to Uptown in 3-5 minutes. With high-end furnishings and a quiet location, it’s perfect for group stays and weekend getaways.  
  
Located in West Charlotte just minutes from Uptown, this 4-level townhome is a standout for groups looking for space, comfort, and a premium Charlotte experience. MadMen Loft is thoughtfully managed by me and my team at The Brighthouse, local hospitality experts known for warm, elevated guest experiences. Whether you’re in town for fun, food, a concert, or big game day, the location and layout are designed for relaxation and connection.

CANCELLATIONS  
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.  
  
RENTER'S AGREEMENT  
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.  
  
DEPOSIT  
We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.
