Ideally Located

Chamberí is a lovely residential area near the city center. The area is upscale, with lovely parks and playgrounds in addition to stately housing blocks. The area is popular with newcomers to the city, thanks to its convenience and architectural flair. Cafes and restaurants can be found throughout the neighborhood, and the Almagro district is especially popular for clubbing. The Sorolla Museum, an art gallery set within a restored mansion, is located in Chamberí, along with the Andén 0 Estación Museo, a "ghost" subway station that is now open to visitors. Another neighborhood attraction is Santander Park, a huge public park where you can jog, picnic, or play sports on the weekends.

Vallehermoso is a dynamic neighborhood with a variety of cafes and restaurants. It's also the setting for the elegant Parque de Santander, a lovely greenspace with soccer fields, tennis courts, and a jogging path. Saint Louis University's Madrid campus is situated in Vallehermoso.

A security deposit of €1510 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
