Très mauvais rapport qualité prix

Plus petit que les photos le laissent penser Très mal équipé avec vaisselle de cantine et en nombre limité au maximum Pas de tables de nuit ni lampes de chevet dans les chambres Pas de porte serviettes Chasse d'eau en dysfonctionnement Pas de musique Aucune communication possible après l'arrivée Panne de courant sans solution Condamnation de la porte à 11h00 / pas une minute de plus... Conclusion: Rapport qualité prix catastrophique, à EVITER !

Beautiful Property Terrible Communication

This is a beautiful property that is even better than the pictures indicate, but communication with the property manager was extremely poor. When I messaged him to ask about the possible parking listed in the ad, I waited a week and never heard back so I called him. He told me he couldn’t talk and would call me in an hour. I waited 4 hours and called him back. He told me he had gotten to busy to call me and then hung up on me before he answered me question. Our welcome message said please use “ chat” to communicate and we would get an immediate response. There was no info in the apt about Wi-Fi access so I messaged him through VRBO. No response, so I called. He messaged the password, but the Wi-Fi was offline. I had to reset the modem. The while cooking dinner the power to the whole apt went out. Sent him a message, but no response. Tried to call, but no answer. Had to call from two other phones to finally get him to answer. He was very irritated, that I was calling and hung up on me before we had a solution. Also note, you cannot use the stove top and the oven at the same time or power will go out.

Exceeds expectations!

What a fantastic apartment and location! Right across the street from the parque de Montana which is worth an evening stroll! Just steps from plaza de espana and easy walking to puerta del sol. The apartment is well equipped with a beautiful outdoor patio, a view of the royal palace and the park. Very comfortable for two couples or a family!
