“The hotel itself is clean. But it felt like some areas, such as the gym and mirrors were not cleaned thoroughly. I also feel like not all staff but some of the people working there aren't really offering a great customer service. They should be happy to be doing their job since a lot of tourists visit the country and that specific city is getting rebuilt which will bring even more people and events. “Fantastic service but location is too remote Every single attraction in Madrid is at least 15 mins away by taxi or 30 mins by public transport. Prices were comparable with central hotels, so there is little incentive to stay here. Sound proof is lacking and there was not much facility to speak of. Definitely felt closer to a 3 star hotel ”
