“This was a great relaxing property, a bit out of central Madrid. We stayed here at the end of our trip to Spain, when we were ready for more relaxation and less city bustle. The small pool was great for our kids, the hiking trail near the house is beautiful ( walk to the dam…it is amazing!). The host family was lovely and accommodating, offering us pickup from the train station when we arrived without a car, though we declined. Cavity/uber rides were mostly convenient and under 40 euro to……

“The young lady on reception was just so lovely, friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and clean. The sofa was not particularly comfortable, likely due to it being a sofa bed. The bathroom door had expanded possibly due to getting wet from the shower? It meant the door stuck at the bottom and caused my husband to walk into the door handle resulting in a bruised abdomen! The curtains are a little challenging to close and would benefit from an electronic mechanism. Only thing missing……

“The location was amazing, so close to everything I wanted to see, so many restaurants and such beautiful architecture everywhere. The apartment offered the used of a full modern kitchen and was very secure with an outside door key-fob lock, an apartment door key lock and a room door code lock. Check in time is fairly restricted since it isn’t a traditional hotel with a front desk, but the host was excellent with communication and showed me all the features and locks. And everything was very……

“Location is very far away from Historic Madrid and tourist attractions. The apartment is very small compared to what was expected, the bedroom is small. We found ants in the bathroom. We had difficulty sleeping because of the sheer curtains, no blackout curtains or covering. The gym was sufficient and met our needs. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. Overall, we will not return to this location because it didn’t really meet our expectations or requirements except for the gym.”
