It was an amazing experience and I would cone back again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome with many selections and it had a variety of options for everyone. The rooms are huge, cold and clean and the showers are perfect. I can’t find anything bad to day about this place, super happy with the choice and the price was more than fair.

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable rooms and staff there to please. Great pool and lounging area. Only 6 km to the historical centre where the spectacular Gran Via offers lots of premium shops and places to eat. Even closer to Bernabeu Stadium home to FCMadrid should you want to take in a game or tour the stadium. Take the Non-tourist Tapas and Wine tour where you won’t be disappointed.

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station (5-minute walk) however I was extremely impressed with the hotel. My room was large with a king size bed (extremely comfortable), many electrical outlets, good heating/AC and very clean. The bathroom had a shower with lots of pressure and hot water. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff were very pleasant. When I asked how to get to the train station one of the staff went outside with me and showed me two possible routes. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would not think twice about staying here again.

Lovely hotel close to train station which made our journey to Valencia easy. Thank you front desk for allowing us to check in early as the red eye flight from the US made us really tired and having the room a little early made all the difference. Heading to Barceló Valencia. Huge rooms! Felt like something out of Vegas in terms of size, decor, and amenities. The breakfast buffet is in a basement room which is unfortunate but the selection was excellent. Maybe the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever experienced.
