A cozinha fecha cedo e não jantamos. O pior foi a localização, muito distante da cidade, ruim e caro para arrumar transporte. Se a intenção é apenas ficar no hotel, compensa, mas é longe de todo o resto. Perdemos muito tempo e dinheiro nos passeios. We got up early in the morning to check out and saw only a few cars in front of the hotel we very positive that they had the room available last night. When We complain with the manager he said we supposed to hang up the sign in front of the room which no one explain to us.A manager he blemed us it was our fault and he never apologized, he said to us all of the hotels have the sign to hang out for cleaning but we never stayed in the place that we have to notify them to clean our room. He has a smart attitudes, when we said to him it just waste the time to talk to him and we said he will have a negative review on the internet he just say okay like he doesn't care at all and when we walk away to our car and he said right behind us ,thank you for choosing to stay with us and hope you come back again to stay but his voice it very sarcastic. We hope this review make the hotel's owner very proud of this manager! The room C22 was hot AC. no AC in the bathroom at all. The shower fluctuating from hot to cold. If it was the only hotel in Thailand we'd never stay! Cool Downs is a lovely little hotel - the room was great, it has a nice pool and little bar... it feels like it's a bit in the middle of nowhere but this just added to its appeal - and whilst not near any bars or restaurants it's very close to some lovely walks and a great waterfall. For all this I would have given it five stars but it let itself down on the service front - the restaurant closed the evening we were there and we were left with nothing to eat which was a massive pain. We also got over-charged for food and for transfers. The hotel has a private place and far from the city. So, you should have your own transportation method to be able to go anywhere you would like to visit. However, the breakfast is good but every day you should choose what you would like to have from their limited list. All stuff are good and friendly except one of them who argued about our order for the breakfast and said that "You Order this dish!!" that we did not order and wasn't expected from her to treat us unprofessionally!!!!
