"The resort is lovely with a number of places to eat nearby. The apartment is best suited for families with teenagers not young children as the rooms are not adjoining. They have separate access.
The apartment is part of the resort but privately owned so reception will not attend to any queries.
One of the access cards wouldn’t enable access to pools. The bathroom tap in studio constantly ran. Rather than fixing it, there was a sign stating that the tap drips with tips of how to fix it -“turn...

"Just really nice place literally overlooking the very beautiful beach. It’s directly above a restaurant/pub and there is some noise from that particularly on Friday/Saturday, but it was pretty much of a non issue from my standpoint and I tend to be fairly sensitive to noise issues."

"Property was neat, tidy and perfectly positioned for our circumstances. I was staying with my 3 adult children and my dog and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. Little gift box, (chocolates, rice crackers, sparkling water etc). was a nice touch. Yard was perfect for a dog and the location to the town centre and beaches fantastic. We will definately be back. "Excellent communication from the property prior to arrival and on the day of departure. The property was well presented and clean. Lots of little extras to make our stay inviting and comfortable. The apartment is close to the pool and gym. Right in the centre of town and by the beach. Lots of cafes and shops nearby and everything you need is within walking distance. We had a fantastic stay. "unfortunately, our stay in the Cabarita apartments was quite average. We were given mixed instructions to check-in and wasted an hour when we arrived trying to work out how to check-in. The property manager was difficult to contact. The locks and keys to the apartment were old and difficult to open. The apartment and property were quite old and tired. They needed a bit of maintenance and clean up. Being a back apartment it was quite dark. Very limited inclusions - having a small amount of dishwashing detergent would have been helpful given we were only staying 1 night. On the plus side the location was great. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom set up was good."
"We were disappointed with the accomodation. The photos show an apartment with a beach view and far more updates. Unfortunately this was not the case. We hardly had even a pool view and the apartment was outdated and shabby. On re-reading the description it does note a pool view but we hardly even had that. Why have photos showing an apartment that is not what you are booking. Very disappointed especially for the price. In saying that, the location was good. With the beach and a park across the road."
